Snead reverted to the Panthers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Snead played on just 17 offensive snaps in his debut with the Panthers, playing behind Robby Anderson, DJ Moore and Terrace Marshall. The veteran wideout caught one of his two targets for six yards. Snead will now rejoin the practice squad and await his next opportunity to be elevated to the active roster.
