Vladar was promoted to the active roster for Monday's tilt with Pittsburgh, CapFriendly reports.
Vladar will serve as Jaroslav Halak's backup Monday as Tuukka Rask (groin) is still out. The Bruins will face the Penguins on a back-to-back Tuesday and it's unclear what Boston plans to do with its goalies for that contest.
