Vrbata (knee) has been shut down for the season.
An apparent right knee injury that Vrbata suffered Friday against the Oilers has led the Canucks to shut him down for the season. The 34-year-old winger, who finishes the 2015-16 campaign with 13 goals and 27 points in 63 games, to go along with a minus-30 rating, is set to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
