Orpik is probable against the Flames on Tuesday after picking up an undisclosed ailment Saturday, Isabelle Khurshudyan of the Washington Post reports.
Orpik was originally described as having a maintenance day, so it seems as though the Caps aren't too worried about the defenseman's availability. The bruising veteran is still searching for his first goal of the season, so in the event he is unable to suit up, fantasy owners are unlikely to feel too much of an impact unless they are in need of hits or blocked shots.
