Zacha was removed from the league's COVID-19 protocols list Wednesday, Corey Masisak of The Athletic reports.
Although this is encouraging news, the Devils still have 17 players on the protocols list, so at this point it remains unclear when they'll get the green light from the NHL to resume play. Zacha's picked up two goals and two assists in nine games this campaign.
