Devils' Ty Smith: Game-time call

Smith (upper body) will be a game-time decision for Tuesday's matchup with Philadelphia, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports.

Smith has missed New Jersey's last four games with an upper-body injury, but he was on the ice for Tuesday's morning skate, which was the first indication he may be ready to return versus the Flyers. Confirmation on the rookie blueliner's status should surface prior to puck drop.
