Smith (undisclosed) was absent from warmups Saturday in Anaheim, Thomas Willis of NHL.com reports.
Smith will now miss his 10th of the Preds' last 11 games. It was speculated he may draw into the lineup because of a hobbled offense in Nashville, but he'll continue to sit out. Smith's next opportunity to see ice time will be Monday at home.
