Stars' Kari Lehtonen: Gets starting nod Monday

Lehtonen will patrol the blue paint against the Sharks on Monday, Sean Shapiro of NHL.com reports.

Lehtonen will make his eighth straight appearance in goal. During that stretch, the netminder has posted a lackluster 3.06 GAA, but still managed to secure a trio of victories. Despite the disappointing numbers, the 33-year-old continues to see the bulk of the starts in Dallas thanks to Antti Niemi's even worse performances (0-2-0 with a 5.18 GAA over his last four appearances).
