Soucy had five hits and two blocked shots in 13:02 of ice time in Saturday's loss to Colorado.
Soucy was a healthy scratch in the Wild's first game, but got on the ice for the second game and showed a defensive spark. While he's not going to contribute much on offense, he could become a larger part of Minnesota's back end.
