CBSSports.com and NCAA.com Allow Users to Create Their Very Own "One Shining Moment"
Mashup tool allows fans to mix their favorite NCAA® Division I Men's Basketball Championship highlights to "One Shining Moment" and share with the world
FT. LAUDERDALE, FL, March 20, 2008 - Now that NCAA March Madness® is in full swing, CBSSports.com has launched a mashup video mixer that allows users the ability to create their own highlight clip set to the song "One Shining Moment", the anthem of college basketball.
One Shining Moment Mashup will be available at both CBSSports.com (mashup.cbssports.com) as well as NCAA.com (mashup.ncaa.com) starting Friday, March 21, giving fans the ability to mix their favorite NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship highlights to "One Shining Moment" and share with the world.
The One Shining Moment Mashup editor will allow users to select from an array of NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship highlights, including buzzer beaters and other collections. Users can then trim the selected highlights, insert them into the mashup timeline, apply special effects and graphics, label with personalized titles and finally add the "One Shining Moment" music overlay.
Each personalized 60 second highlight clip can then be shared, published to the One Shining Moment Mashup page, or be linked or embedded into social networking sites. Fans will also be able to view and rate highlight clips created by others on the One Shining Moment Mashup page.
