The Browns announced several roster moves on Saturday, per FOX Sports Ohio. The team promoted quarterback Connor Shaw and defensive lineman Jamie Meder from the practice squad to the 53-man active roster. In a corresponding move, Cleveland waived linebacker Eric Martin and tight end Ryan Taylor.
