When Bills president Russ Brandon said this week that the team might need snowmobiles to get to Detroit, he wasn't kidding.

With Buffalo covered in over 6 feet of snow, the Bills sent out snowmobiles to pick up several players Friday. The plan was to have the snowmobiles take the players to Ralph Wilson Stadium where everyone would catch a bus to the airport.

The first part of plan went flawlessly and we know that because Alissa Chandler, the wife of Bills tight end Scott Chandler, tweeted out this nice collage of players being picked up by snowmobile.

Bills tight end Lee Smith also got a snowmobile ride.

However, not everyone was so lucky. Bills wide receiver Chris Hogan had to walk to Ralph Wilson Stadium. Uphill. Both ways.

The good news for the Bills is that all 53 players are accounted for. According to ESPN.com, everyone on the Bills' active roster found their way onto a bus that was headed to the airport. And now the Bills are off to Michigan.

The Bills game against the Jets is set for Monday at 7 p.m. ET in Detroit. It will be televised by CBS in several local markets. The game will also be available to DirecTV Sunday Ticket subscribers.

And just in case the Bills can't return to Buffalo after Monday night's game in Detroit because of poor weather conditions, CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora reports that the Bills and the NFL are considering alternatives for next week.
