After a COVID-19 outbreak postponed their Week 4 matchup and bumped their Week 5 game from Sunday to Tuesday, the Tennessee Titans are scheduled to return to the field Tuesday evening for a 7 p.m. ET matchup against the Buffalo Bills on CBS. Daily Fantasy football players have a lot to consider before setting NFL DFS lineups for Tuesday. Receivers Corey Davis and Adam Humphries are among the Tennessee players on the COVID-19 list, while A.J. Brown (knee) is listed as questionable. Buffalo, meanwhile, lists both receiver John Brown (knee) and running back Zack Moss (knee) as questionable.

With key players looking iffy, who are the safe NFL DFS picks for Titans vs. Bills you can bank on? And how should you set your NFL DFS strategy for FanDuel and DraftKings in a game with so many question marks? Before finalizing your NFL DFS lineups for Tuesday, be sure to check out the Bills vs. Titans NFL DFS advice, strategy and exposure ratings from SportsLine daily Fantasy expert Mike McClure, a DFS pro who has won almost $2 million.

McClure crushed his NFL DFS picks in 2019, finishing as high as the top 1 percent of tournaments on DraftKings and returning as much as 40x return in some higher-stakes tournaments. He then continued his roll in the postseason, cashing on every single lineup he posted for the divisional round. Anyone who followed him saw some huge returns.

In his Week 5, McClure identified Carolina running back Mike Davis as one of his top picks for the main slate. The result: Davis erupted for 149 yards from scrimmage and a receiving touchdown -- racking up 20 Fantasy points and around 4x value on FanDuel and DraftKings. Anybody who put him in their NFL DFS lineups was well on their way to a profitable day.

Now, he has turned his attention to the Bills vs. Titans NFL DFS player pool and locked in his top daily Fantasy football picks. You can only see them by heading to SportsLine.

Top Titans vs. Bills NFL DFS picks

One of McClure's top NFL DFS picks for Tuesday night is Bills quarterback Josh Allen. The third-year pro out of Wyoming is getting early MVP buzz after his scorching-hot start to the season. He's completed 70.9 percent of his passes for 1,326 yards, 12 touchdowns and one interception.

His DFS value is boosted significantly by what he can do with his feet. He's recorded a rushing touchdown in three of four games this year, which has helped him hit at least 3x value in all four games on both DraftKings and FanDuel. With a matchup against a Titans squad that is ranked 30th in the league in total defense (422.3 ypg), McClure loves Allen as one of his top NFL DFS picks for Tuesday.

Part of McClure's optimal NFL DFS strategy includes rostering Titans running back Derrick Henry. With major question marks surrounding multiple Tennessee receivers, it's a good idea to invest in Henry. He bullied Minnesota with a 26-119-2 rushing line in his last outing, and with Tennessee potentially shorthanded on offense, he could be looking at even more carries in this matchup.

Buffalo has been fairly stout against the run, but did show some vulnerabilities in Week 3 when Darrell Henderson Jr. of the Rams put together an impressive 20-114-1 rushing line. Expect a heavy dose of Henry in this matchup, making him a smart choice for Titans vs. Bills DFS lineups.
