Lutz is dealing with a right triceps strain, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
The injury will prevent Lutz from playing in the Arizona Fall League, though he isn't expected to require surgery. The 21-year-old posted a .255/.335/.419 slash line with 13 home runs and three steals in 112 games during his first season with High-A Carolina.
