Jones has some minor inflammation in his right hamstring but isn't expected to go on the injured list, Jack Magruder of The Sports Xchange reports.
Jones sat out of the lineup Wednesday after leaving Tuesday's contest with a hamstring cramp, and the MRI confirmed he's dealing with a minor issue. The veteran outfielder will have Thursday's scheduled off day to recover before the start of the series at Toronto on Friday.
