Webb (shoulder) will begin a throwing program Tuesday, Kerry Crowley of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Webb has been out for just over two weeks due to a strained right shoulder. It's not clear exactly when he's expected to return, and the Giants may want to be extra careful of him, as he'd also missed time earlier in May due to the issue before returning to make a single start and then heading back to the injured list.
