Harvey will start Wednesday's game against the Phillies, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

This is somewhat surprising, seeing as Harvey lasted just two innings in his first start in two and a half months following shoulder surgery. However, Harvey was able to toss 70 pitches in his return outing, apparently giving manager Terry Collins enough confidence to send him out for his next start on short rest. While the 28-year-old lines up against a much easier Phillies side in his second start back from the DL, he should still be viewed as a risky play until he proves otherwise.
