Evans left Wednesday's game against the Nationals early with an apparent injury, Tim Britton of The Athletic New York reports.
Evans was involved in a collision with Adam Eaton at second base in the first inning. He was replaced by Jose Reyes. The nature and severity of his injury are not yet clear.
