The Orioles recalled Sulser from Triple-A Norfolk on Wednesday.
He and Keegan Akin will move up to the big club ahead of Wednesday's game against the Red Sox after the Orioles needed their bullpen to cover 12.2 innings in the first two games of the series in Boston. Joey Krehbiel was optioned to Triple-A to clear a spot on the 28-man active roster and in the bullpen for Sulser, who owns a 3.86 ERA and 1.48 WHIP in 21 innings with Baltimore this season.
