Altherr has been diagnosed with a sprained right big toe and a right knee contusion, Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Altherr suffered the injury during Monday's game after he crashed into the outfield fence. He'll be considered day-to-day moving forward, although with only a week remaining in the regular season, the Phillies may shut him down as a precaution.
