Garlick was removed from Tuesday's win over the Mets with an oblique injury, Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
The 28-year-old batted eighth and started in left field, but he was lifted for a pinch hitter during the fourth inning. Garlick should be considered day-to-day until the team provides more information on the injury.
