The Twins selected Boushley's contract from Triple-A St. Paul on Wednesday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.
Boushley has pitched well in St. Paul's rotation this season, collecting a 4.00 ERA and 30:4 K:BB across 27 innings. The 30-year-old will offer the Twins some length in their bullpen in the short term.
