O'Quinn is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against Phoenix, Keith Pompey of the Philly Inquirer reports.
With both Joel Embiid (ankle) and Al Horford (knee) out, O'Quinn will get the starting nod over Norvelle Pelle. O'Quinn has played just six total minutes in the bubble -- all of which came in Sunday's loss to Portland.
