Smart (COVID-19 protocols) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Pelicans, John Karalis of Boston Sports Journal reports.

Smart remains in the health and safety protocols and will be sidelined for the fourth straight game. Dennis Schroder and Payton Pritchard are likely to continue having increased roles in his absence.
