Mills won't start Sunday's game against the Wizards.
Mills made five straight starts for the shorthanded Heat, averaging 8.6 points on 38.5 percent shooting during that stretch. However, Duncan Robinson (back) has been cleared to return and will reclaim his spot in the starting lineup.
