Rozier (neck) won't play in Sunday's game versus the Raptors, Tim Reynolds of Associated Press reports.
Rozier will miss his fourth straight game Sunday while dealing with neck spasms. Caleb Martin or Duncan Robinson (back) will likely continue to start in his absence. With Rozier being ruled out for Miami's regular-season finale, his next chance to suit up will come in the Play-In Tournament.
