Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau said Sunday that New York's medical team still hasn't cleared Rose (ankle) for practice, Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reports.

Rose underwent a minor procedure at the end of February to address a skin infection on his surgically repaired right ankle and was initially expected to miss 1-to-2 weeks. However, two weeks have passed and the veteran point guard still hasn't been cleared for practice. Thibodeau said that once Rose is cleared, he'll need to re-start the conditioning process before being cleared for game action. In the meantime, Alec Burks and Immanuel Quickley should continue to see increased run with Rose sidelined and Kemba Walker no longer in the mix.
