Monk finished with 29 points (11-20 FG, 7-12 3Pt), four rebounds, three assists and two steals in 35 minutes during Friday's 134-118 win over Atlanta.

Monk has been outstanding since moving to the starting lineup and has given the Lakers the boost they've been needing in the scoring column with Russell Westbrook underperforming and Anthony Davis (knee) sidelined. Since moving to the starting five, Monk has scored 22 or more points in four of six appearances and has averaged 22.2 points while shooting 55.4 percent from the field and 49 percent from deep in that stretch.
