Timberwolves' Jaylen Nowell: Posts team-high 16 points

Nowell logged 16 points (6-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT) and one assist across 22 minutes during Saturday's 113-104 win over the Heat.

Although Nowell is buried in the Timberwolves' depth chart, frequent injury issues in the backcourt have given the Washington product additional playing time. He scored in double figures for the second consecutive contest Saturday after putting up 12 points in 13 minutes against Orlando during the front half of the back-to-back set Friday.
