Bengals' Markus Bailey: Out versus 49ers

Bailey (neck) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's matchup with the 49ers, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.

Bailey exited last week's loss to the Chargers afters suffering a stinger. While he originally drew a questionable designation for Week 14, the team has since opted to err on the side of caution by ruling him out. In his absence, Joe Bachie figures to see an increased role on on the defense.
