Phillips underwent wrist surgery Monday and is considered week-to-week, Chris Brown of the Bills Radio Network reports.
Phillips left Sunday's win versus the Cowboys early with a wrist injury, which was apparently serious enough to warrant a surgical procedure. It seems like he's on track to miss at least one game, and Tim Settle and Linval Joseph are likely candidates to benefit in terms of snaps.
