The Saints signed Hundley to their practice squad Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Hundley hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since 2019 with Arizona, but he continues to bounce around the league on practice-squad deals. Andy Dalton and Jameis Winston were both active for Week 8, so Hundley will likely just serve as an emergency option.
