Stinnie (knee) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers official site reports.
Stinnie went on IR on Dec. 2 and was designated to return Wednesday. Now officially back on the active roster, he should play a reserve role on the offensive line Sunday against the Panthers.
