Nelson (toe) did not participate at the Colts' practice Wednesday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Nelson was able to play through the toe injury in Week 3 versus the Ravens, so his absence Wednesday isn't a huge concern. He'll look to return to the practice field ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Rams.
