Fowler (ankle) was a full participant during Wednesday's practice, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.
Fowler was able to return to practice after dealing with a sprained ankle, however, this news signals that he's ready to play Week 1. The Falcons signed Fowler to a three-year, $48 million contract earlier this offseason, and the team is leaning on him to provide a much-needed boost to the pass rush.
