Toney (concussion) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Panthers, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
Toney has struggled to earn playing time this season and has appeared in just three games while falling to record a single defensive stat. Therefore, his absence shouldn't affect the Football Team's preparations to face Carolina. Toney's next chance to play will come Nov. 29 at home against Seattle.
