Jaguars' Jamal Agnew: Cleared to practice

Agnew (shoulder) was designated for return from injured reserve Wednesday.

Agnew has spent the minimum of four weeks on IR and could return to action as soon as Sunday against the Ravens. However, the Jaguars will have a 21-day window to evaluate him in practice before he would need to be added to the 53-man roster or left on IR for the remainder of the season.
