Holsey (knee) was waived by the Redskins on Monday, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
Holsey was a seventh-round pick of the Redskins back in 2017. He is making his way back from a partially torn ACL he suffered back in December but was waived in order to create roster spots for the signings of undrafted free agents.
