Holsey (foot) signed a contract with the Redskins on Saturday.
Holsey was waived by Washington in November after being activated off the Non-Football Injury list from a foot injury suffered during the summer. The 24-year-old recorded two tackles in 12 games with the Redskins in 2017, and should serve as a depth corner and special-teams contributor.
