The Browns signed Williams (knee) to a reserve/future contract Monday.
Williams appeared in seven games for the Browns in 2017, accruing nine catches and 84 receiving yards in seven games. Although he ended the season on the practice squad injury list due to an unspecified knee injury, Williams has plenty of time to recover in time for offseason workouts in April.
