Loewen has been waived by the Saints, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Loewen was let go to make room on the team's 90-man roster for the signing of Ty Montgomery. The 27-year-old Loewen spent the majority of 2019 on New Orleans' practice squad. He will now try to find a new opportunity.
