The Panthers placed Hill on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Steve Reed of the Associated Press reports.
Hill appeared in two games for the Seahawks last season, tallying 10 tackles before going down with a back injury. The fifth-year safety also resides on the PUP list, so he'll need to recover from the physical concern in addition to clearing COVID-19 protocols before getting the green light to practice with Carolina.
