Patriots' Deatrich Wise: Leaves with head injury

Wise (head) will not return to Thursday's game against Jacksonville.

Wise has been battling for a backup role on the Pats' defensive line, since Trey Flowers and Kony Ealy have all but locked up starting jobs. If this is a concussion, he will sit out until he clears all protocols.
