Ross signed a contract with the Patriots on Monday.
The 25-year-old made a strong impression in New England's training camp last year but missed out on the season-opening roster, and he wound up on the practice squad. Ross is still looking to make his NFL debut since going undrafted out of Colorado in 2018.
