Hall inked a contract with the Patriots on Friday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Still just entering his age-28 season, Hall brings some added speed to New England's wideout group after averaging 17.1 yards per catch in his 11 games with the Lions last season, finishing the year with a combined 18 catches for 302 yards and two touchdowns in his 11 games with the Lions and one additional game with the Browns.
