The Patriots waived/injured Adeboyejo (undisclosed) on Saturday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Adeboyejo has only played in one NFL game since entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2017. If he clears waivers, he'll land on injured reserve and will need to reach an injury settlement to play in 2020. The 25-year-old never had flashy numbers at the collegiate level, so he'll seek a depth role at best once he's healthy.
