Gray signed a one-year contract with the Ravens on Thursday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Gray spent three seasons on the Falcons' practice squad but has yet to make his NFL debut. The 25-year-old is a long shot to make the roster seeing as the Ravens invested heavily into the wide receiver position this offseason, signing Sammy Watkins in free agency and drafting Rashod Bateman (first round) and Tylan Wallace (fourth round).
