Hall has suffered a torn Achilles, Dave Matter of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
It is unclear how or when Hall suffered the injury, but it will bring his 2020 season to a premature end. The Missouri product joined the Redskins' practice squad as a rookie last season and subsequently signed a futures contract in December. He will now set his sights on his recovery process and the 2021 season.
