Ruiz completed the league's five-step concussion protocol Thursday and has been cleared to play, Rod Walker reports.
Ruiz is no longer on the Saints' injury report and should be good to go Sunday against the Patriots after missing the team's Week 4 loss to the Buccaneers. He should resume his role as the team's starter at right guard.
