Neal is expected to start at safety Sunday versus the Dolphins, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

With both Jamal Adams (groin) and Lano Hill (back) inactive, Neal is on track to make his first NFL start since entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2018. The Southern Illinois product was elevated from the practice squad in Week 3 and logged 29 defensive snaps, recording four solo tackles, a pass breakup and a game-clinching interception.
